Rho Pi Phi's recruitment season is a time of spirited connections and memorable experiences. Our fraternity is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community, and during this season, we invite individuals from all walks of life to join us. Whether you're a freshman navigating the excitement of college life or a stressed out pharmacy student looking for a new adventure, Rho Pi Phi has a place for you.

Throughout the recruitment period, a series of engaging events and activities are meticulously planned to showcase the essence of our brotherhood. With a total of two open and one closed recruitment events within this season, each event is designed to offer a glimpse into the unique values and traditions that has defined Rho Pi Phi for generations. This is a perfect opportunity for potential members to not only learn about this fraternity, but also for the brothers to learn about them – their passions, aspirations, and the unique (and maybe quirky) qualities that make them stand out.

The brothers of Rho Pi Phi are excited to share their own personal stories and experiences within Rho Pi Phi and pharmacy school, helping potential members envision the transformative journey that awaits them in Rho Pi Phi. From academic support and leadership development to community service and social events, Rho Pi Phi offers a well-rounded experience that contributes to holistic personal and professional growth.

As the recruitment season unfolds, the brothers of Rho Pi Phi encourage all interested potential members to attend all open recruitment events as possible, while also asking questions and taking the initiative to get to know the brothers better.
